The story
Sofia travelled to many countries and cities throughout her childhood because of her family’s work. Homes, friends, and schools changed, but music remained constant. In each place she explored local music cultures and learned regional instruments.
She came to describe herself as a citizen of the world, with a goal of drawing inspiration from all seven continents. Her career began after meeting pianist Elshad Karabulut; their collaboration “Endless Love” marked a turning point for both artists.
